Day 103

Sushi Day.... I've been patiently waiting for this day since I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu. We arrived in class to find some beautiful products waiting for us: live dungeness crabs, hamachi, ahi tuna, eel, shrimp, salmon, flying fish roe, and all the other usual suspects for sushi makin'. We made dashi (Japanese stock), sushi rice, and tempura shrimp too. SO much fun. Best day of class EVER.
