Nutella Brownies

They are the world's easiest Brownies. They are surprisingly light and airy even though they appear dense and gooey. What you are looking at is essentially Nutella in cake form. 

 I bring you... Nutella Brownies.

3 ingredients. 1 pan. 30 minutes.


Nutella Brownies
Makes 6 large brownies

13 oz Jar of Nutella 
3 large eggs, room temperature 
1/3 cup AP Flour 

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. whisk eggs until frothy. Add nutella and whip together well. Stir in flour. 
3. Line pan with parchment and pour batter into pan. Whack on counter a few times to release air bubbles. 
4. Bake 30-35 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
5. Enjoy!! 

Kitchen Notes: For fudgier brownies, completely omit the flour and add an extra egg (2 ingredient brownies = mind blown, right?). You can also add nuts of your choice or chocolate chips to this recipes for added richness. 

Experimentation is highly encouraged.
