INSPIRATION : Peaches

Peaches are everywhere right now. While dining at Houston's the other night I indulged in their dessert special: grilled peaches with vanilla ice cream, fresh mint, and a nutty brittle crumble... DELISH! Whether you simply grill them or use perhaps make a chutney, salsa, sorbet, or jam, just make sure you take advantage of them at some point as fall is just around the corner and it will be months before they are back again.
