The Pine Salon Series strikes again. This time with an intimate dinner at Venue 66 featuring a sustainable menu by yours truly and conversation about the facts surrounding California's drought and the topic of conservation in general.  We had some incredible guest speakers including Liz Crosson, the water policy advisor from the Office of Mayor Eric Garcetti, Paul Lazarus, the director of "Slingshot", a film about segway inventor Dean Kamen and his work to solve the world's water crisis, and Brian Tichenor of Tichenor & Thorp Architects. Collaborators included Mountain Valley Water and ClubW. The event design and creative direction was by the one and only Wylie West Creative. We also had our incredible photographer friend, Andrea, of Andrea Patricia Photography, on hand to capture some of the magic.
